These services are categorized as service-based offerings and are not eligible for refunds once the service has been initiated or completed.

3. Service Delivery

Upon payment confirmation, Dial Alibag will:

  • Schedule and conduct the professional photo shoot for your property
  • Create and publish your personal property listing page/website
  • Begin generating and forwarding customer leads and enquiries to you

These services commence immediately upon payment confirmation and are considered delivered once initiated.

4. Why No Refunds?

Our service packages fall under the service category, which includes:

  • Professional photography services that require time, resources, and expertise
  • Website development and hosting services
  • Lead generation and marketing services
  • Ongoing platform access and support

As these are service-based offerings rather than physical products, and the services begin immediately upon payment, refunds cannot be processed.

5. Service Modifications

While refunds are not available, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you have concerns about the quality or delivery of any service component, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to address any issues within the scope of our service agreement.
